Beauty
The other day, we had an opportunity to set up a beauty editorial with the talented makeup artist Sherlyn Torres. For this session, I tried a couple of gobos in my studio experimenting with what type of light shape I could make. I used a relatively hard light to preserve the edge nicely, and tried various objects such as duct tape and table placemats.

I had a great opportunity to work with Naomi the other day (Charles Stuart International Models). I respect the fact that she can put her emotions so well into each photo. Also, awesome makeup and hair by Sandy and styling by Michelle.

The other day, I had an opportunity to work with a teacher and student makeup school in Burnaby. Everybody was collaborating to get beautiful images. I ended up taking beauty shots of eight models. Thanks so much to the make up artist, Yasmine Khan, and Daniel Mathias the International Fashion Division Director at Maijah Lewk, and all the models.
